Kenworthy’s Chambers' Criminal Barristers are set to suspend their strike action today, Monday the 10th of October at 18:00.

In effect, this means that our Criminal Barristers will be back to work as normal from tomorrow – Tuesday the 11th of October 2022.

This news comes following the Criminal Bar Association’s vote to accept the offer from the Ministry of Justice (MOJ).

In a statement released on Twitter, the Criminal Bar Association said: “The Criminal Bar has voted to accept the proposal made by the government.

“Action is suspended from 18.00hrs this evening.”
