Civil Litigation and Costs Barrister Daniel Brassington's legal career has predominantly involved a variety of Civil Litigation and Personal Injury matters. Before being called to the Bar, Daniel built up a wealth of experience throughout the County Courts and High Courts.
He worked on a variety of cases including small claims and fast track trials involving road traffic accidents and holiday sickness. He also handled applications under the Companies Act, Stage 3 Disposal Hearings, Infant Approvals and CICA Tribunal Appeals.
Daniel Brassington has been involved in Costs Litigation since beginning his legal career as a Costs Litigation Assistant, before progressing with his previous firm to a Solicitor Advocate. He regularly appears at Costs and Case Management Conferences and Detailed Assessments.
