Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Kenworthy's Chambers are committed to ethical business practices and to the eradication of bribery, fraud, and corruption.
Our Bribery Policy sets out the responsibilities of all persons who are associated with Chambers in implementing our zero-tolerance approach to bribery, fraud, and all forms of corruption.
For information and guidance on situations where issues of bribery, fraud, and corruption may arise view our full Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Policy
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to how businesses regulate themselves to ensure that all their activities positively affect society as a whole.
CSR policies aim to guarantee that companies work ethically, considering human rights as well as the social, economic, and environmental impacts of what they do as a business. Businesses should meet and aim to exceed any relevant legislation, and if legislation does not exist in a particular area, the company should ensure they carry out best practices anyway.
Kenworthy’s Chambers are committed to ensuring that all business undertakings are conducted as ethically as possible by following our CSR and Environmental Policy.

Diversity is both celebrated and highly valued at Kenworthy’s Chambers. As such a commitment to Equal Opportunities practice and procedures has been made. All our Barristers and Pupils are committed to the Bar Council Code of Conduct.
