Introducing Kenworthy’s Chambers New Barrister Daniel King
Kenworthy’s Chambers is pleased to announce the addition of a new Barrister to meet increased demand in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, Business and Property, Civil Litigation, and Credit Hire.
Daniel King will provide advisory and advocacy services in courts across the North beginning 29 September 2025.
Speaking about the new appointment, Practice Manager Maria Rushworth said, “Having practiced as a Solicitor in Civil Law and Personal Injury for over 13 years, Daniel has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon. He will make a great addition to Kenworthy’s Chambers and really strengthen our team of Civil Barristers.”
Daniel King has handled Personal Injury cases on the multi-track, in the High Court, and on appeal. His Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Practice covers road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability, and employers’ liability.
In addition to representing claimants and defendants in Personal Injury, Daniel also represents parties on a wide range of housing and commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, real estate, property insurance fraud, mediation, and contractual disputes. Notable property cases he has worked on have involved issues of insurance fraud.
He is also highly sought after in Credit Hire cases where issues of fundamental dishonesty or fraud are raised. Daniel King will bolster Kenworthy’s Chambers' superb, Manchester-based Credit Hire team.
Discussing joining the business, Manchester Barrister Daniel King said, “The opportunity to further enhance and develop my practice with a set such as Kenworthy’s Chambers, with roots in the city of Manchester, and holding a strong reputation in my specialist areas of Civil Law, Credit Hire, and Personal Injury, is one I feel honoured to have.
“Having previously worked for national law firms as a Solicitor Advocate and then, most recently, as in-house Counsel, the next step in my career journey was always going to be of great importance, and I am delighted to be taking my practice forward at Kenworthy’s Chambers."
