Daniel was called to the Bar in 2018 and now maintains a busy civil practice, accepting instructions in personal injury, credit hire, civil litigation, costs and housing matters.
Previously, Daniel handled a mixed case load of civil and personal injury matters in the County Courts and High Court as Solicitor-Advocate; completing his training and gaining experience at an Award-Winning Top 200 Law Firm.
Outside of the Law
Daniel is a keen fencer and has represented both Jersey and the University of Southampton in regional and international events. Before starting his legal Career, Daniel taught English for 10 months in Suzhou, China; he speaks Basic Mandarin and Advanced French.

Daniel has been involved in Costs Litigation since beginning his legal career as a Costs Litigation assistant, before progressing with his previous firm to a Solicitor Advocate. He regularly appears for CCMC & Detailed Assessments.

Daniel's previous experience as a Solicitor-Advocate enabled him to represent parties for matters including Mortgage Possession & Applications, Orders for Sale and Landlord and Tenant disputes for both Commercial and Residential properties.
